Princess Aqilah was hated by the people for being ugly, but she was not accepted by her in-laws. The series began with ancient times, where focused on Megasari's character, Elly Mazlein's lively black girl who loved the king in silence. He is the son of a witch and is often insulted by the king. When Megasari died, his father swore all the princesses of the king's descendants worse than Megasari. The curse became when the Queen gave birth to a black baby girl and named Dayang Senandung (Azza AF1 played). After marrying the king's son, the curse continued until the birth of Princess Aqilah.
