De Costas Pra Nutri as the first gastronomic reality show in Brazil based on nutrition concepts. Reality proposes to stimulate the habit of good eating, presenting different, ingenious and tasty recipes in a fun way, through a culinary challenge between nutritionist and patient. Until today, no previous experience in the kitchen had been so fun and, at the same time, so enriching, to the point of bringing quality entertainment, through information about healthy eating. Without revealing HOW the dish is to be prepared and with her back to the patient the whole time, nutritionist Edvania Soares guides the step by step of the recipe that both need to complete at the same time. Any slip can jeopardize the final result and it is up to the guest to try to correct their mistakes even before nutri finishes her recipe and closes the challenge.
