The Price of Power

Everything has a price, even power. Everyone pays that price in a world of lies and hidden truths. When deeply held secrets come to light, things can never be the same again. Money and power are the greatest weakness of the man who runs the shadow state. Marko kill Angelov and takes his place in a race for supremacy. Stoilov hands over secret documents to Nikolov. Nikolov was shot and the documents were stolen and given to Marko. A mysterious bottle reaches the assertive capital lawyer Nick. With the help of Hacker, Nick begins to unravel a scheme of corrupt deals, realizing that the office he works for serves the interests of the authorities. His partner, lawyer Petkanov, is placed behind the scenes and takes a percentage of the transactions. Prime Minister Stefanov is Marco's confidant, but he is trying to play a double game. The former minister of justice in Stefanov's office, Viktoria, whose father was shot by Marco, draws Nick into a game of revenge and justice, in which there is no winner. In it, each of the characters loses something of themselves. Victoria chooses the path of revenge, providing Nick with valuable information about secret backroom deals. Her resignation set off a chain of events that put many people's lives at risk. Marco realizes that Nick has information that would incriminate him, and the theft of a flash drive from Petkanov puts the resistance of the authorities at risk. Marco orders the murder of Nick, giving the wet order to people from the services. Goran, who is Angelov's most loyal man, tries to warn Nick about the mortal threat. Goran is targeted by Marco's right hand. Victoria and Nick know the truth about Marco, or so they believe. Madeleine manages to steal a carefully guarded disk containing valuable information from Marco. Goran passes the disc to Nick. In an attempt to protect Nick and Victoria, Goran is shot by the chief of services. Marco's men pursue Nick and Victoria, who are increasingly drawn to the dark side of power. Nick finds out about a secret plan created years ago involving Angelov, Stoilov and Marko. Carefully guarded secrets begin to emerge. Marco's positions are threatened, and the possibility of losing his greatest weakness - power - becomes a possibility. Marco is ready to do anything to preserve the status quot. Petkanov takes the position of Minister of Justice, and Marko's trusted people are hot on Nick's heels. They manage to shoot him and take him away from an abandoned hospital under guard. Ma
