Saveurs de Chine

Meifen, a young chinese woman who lives in Paris, goes to explore flavors of its country. From Beijing to Chongquing in the region of the Szechuan, then Canton, Hong-Kong and Shanghai, we discover the exotic and gastronomic specialities of every region but also an other cooking, original and puzzling that we rarely have the pleasure to meet and to taste. We find dishes with snakes, fried scorpions, silkworms, tortoises and other unusual ingredients there which give all the wealth and the flavor to the Chinese food.
