Phantom Thief Nezumi Kozo vs the Tattooed Lord

Saemon Toyama (Ken Ogata), an office worker in South town, was ordered to arrest a thief, Nezumi Kozo (Tomizaburo Wakayama) who thefts money from rich people and Daimyo and is famous in public. Nezumi Kozo named himself Jiro of a wholesaler, but, one day, he met Saemon by chance. These two were friends, gambling and playing with women when they were young.
