Empty Desert is a film about a place that doesn't exist. Al Araqib is an unrecognized village in Southern Israel. Demolished some 100 times by government authorities and each time rebuilt by its inhabitants, it is our starting point for a journey exploring the fraught relationship between the state of Israel and this Palestinian minority living inside it. .
